  7. Idea for this program was born when my local telephone company decided to
  8. up their prices in a way that you could get much cheaper if you disconnected the
  9. line after 30 minutes and called back again.
  10. So what does this program do?
  11. It simply sits in the background for a given time and after the time has gone
  12. it pops up a requestor and asks if you want to hang up your internet connection
  13. and go online again.
